You have reached the Hepatitis C Virus Database (HCVdb), which represents the combined efforts of several groups to provide bioinformatics resources to the scientific community to aid in the study of hepatitis C virus (HCV) by expanding the available informational and analytical tools supporting HCV research. The Viral Bioinformatics Resource Center (VBRC), the Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (IEDB), and the Hepatitis C Virus Resource at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (HCV-LANL) are coordinating the acquisition of new and existing data, the annotation of the data, and the development of new analytical tools to maximize efficiency and provide cross-connected web sites to access all of these resources.
This site serves as a web portal providing access to HCV bioinformatics resources. It is still under development, but we are actively working to include data, annotations, tools, and links that support all of your analytical needs. We welcome and encourage any and all input. So please let us know about any problems, criticisms, or suggestions you may have. Just use the "Contact" link in the menu above to provide us with your input.
