To expand any level of the taxonomy, click on the
image for that level. To collapse a level, click on the
image.
To select genome(s) for export to FASTA or GFF3, select the checkbox to the left of the genomes.
To view genome(s) in the
VGO multi-genome browser
, also use the checkboxes to the left of the genomes.
To view a web gene map for a single genome, click on the "Isolate" hyperlink.
To view the NCBI record for a genome, click on the "Accession #" hyperlink.
